ALIGNMENT
would be remontantFury?

It would be muscular and organic energy.
Both energies pulsate with each other and balance each other out.
(The remontant fury would be the second and fifth of five universal alignment principles that build on each other and play a key role in Anusara Yoga. These principles, not dogmatic rules, ensure optimal individual physical and mental alignment. Anusara Yoga is a yoga style developed in the 1990s that combines the tradition of Hatha Yoga with modern biomechanical knowledge and is based on a non-dualistic Tantric philosophy.)
The remontant fury finds its balance by first turning inwards. She literally pulls her outer shell, her skin, around her muscles and pulls her muscles around her bones to give herself inner support. In this inward embrace, she recognises her possibilities and needs. She holds this awareness in the form of support and strength and expands outwards from there. Sometimes she expands very delicately and gently, sometimes very powerfully and loudly, depending on what the remontant fury has perceived within herself.
In its aspect as muscular energy, it embraces its life experience and the physical, mental and emotional strength gained from it. Every moment of her life that has been digested supports her from within and, in the process of inward concentration, becomes a source of strength from which she makes herself visible, audible and tangible to the outside world. Only drawing inwards would create an imbalance. It would be withdrawal or hardening. In its aspect as organic energy, the remontant fury distributes its internally perceived experience and power throughout its entire body and expands beyond it into the space around it. As organic energy, softness and playful experimentation are added. From where inside me do I want to move today to where outside of me? Which experience in me will help me today? If the remontant fury uses too many of its organic aspects, it overstretches, exhausts itself and hurts itself.
It carries three places within it to check in, to reflect on itself and its needs, and to expand from there into all corners of its body and beyond. The centre of its pelvis, the centre of its heart and the centre of its head. These three focal points are described by meditators as places of awakening. The remontante fury has gathered life experience in each of these points, making them personal places from which she can draw and share.
TADASANA, Mountain pose. To experience.
The remontante fury inhales and activates her embrace within.
She exhales and expands dynamically.
Stand upright. Place your feet hip-width apart and distribute your body weight evenly between both feet and between the heels and ball of the toes. Just keep your arms relaxed by your sides. Breathe in and out a few times in a relaxed manner and become aware of the movements of the breath within you. The inhalation expands the body from the inside, the exhalation allows the body to sink back a little.
Now become a remontant fury as muscular and organic energy:Inhale and gently pull the insides of your legs towards each other. Feel how you activate the muscles of your legs and draw strength up from the earth into your pelvis. Exhale and push your feet evenly back into the ground while lengthening your spine beyond the crown of your head. Repeat a few times. Notice how you expand evenly up and down from your pelvis.
Shift the focus of your breathing to the centre of your heart, gently lifting it with your inhalation and expanding it actively and evenly into all sides of your ribcage and beyond with your exhalation. Repeat this a few times as well. Finally, breathe into the centre of your head. Let it become a little brighter and wider with your inhale and then relax and open your entire brain from there.
Contraction and expansion can be experienced not only through breathing, but also by observing nature: the change from night to day, winter to summer, ebb to flow.
Applied to life, the remontant fury uses muscular and organic energy to expand our physical experience to include an outlook on life: there are moments of retreat, confinement and darkness, from which it can expand again and again out of itself with new insight into society, into the vastness and the awareness that this rhythm means life.
